Lorraine Denholm

Career:

Lorraine has spent the majority of her career working in customer focused roles in both the public and private sector.

She spent many years working as a Specialist Caseworker with Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) before becoming a Team Leader for HMRC, in the area of tax credits.

In recent years, Lorraine moved to working in more complaints handling focused roles. Prior to becoming a Specialist Caseworker for ILF Scotland, she worked for the water industry at Business Stream, the retail arm of Scottish Water, as a Complaints Handler.

Prior to becoming an ILF Scotland Specialist Caseworker, Julie worked for Menzies Distribution for nearly 30 years. She started in data control before moving to the service desk as an Analyst and then 15 years later became the Service Desk Manager.
