  1. ILF Scotland’s pay policy is in line with that of Scottish Government.  At present, ILF Scotland’s staff consists of:
    • 2 Grade A3 employees with a salary band of £25235 - £28131
    • 1 Grade A4 employee with a salary band of £29013 - £31177
    • 21 Grade B1 employees with a salary band of £32455 - £35203
    • 35 Grade B2 employees with a salary band of £36944 - £42244

Response:

  1. ILF Scotland’s total expenditure on corporate functions for 2022 to 2023 amounted to £1,192,359. This consisted of £272,207 expenditure on Finance, £317,282 on Human Resources, £209,843 on Communications, £253,822 on Digital and Data and £139,205 on Estate.
  2. ILF Scotland’s total expenditure on corporate functions for 2023 to 2024 amounted to £1,246,848. This consisted of £316.085 expenditure on Finance, £301,874 on Human Resources, £250,499 on Communications, £168,947 on Digital and Data and £209,443 on Estate.
