The National Care Service Lived Experience Experts Panel (LEEP) have launched a survey to find out more about people’s opinions on the ‘keeping care support local’ theme.
The survey asks about people’s experience of accessing social care support and community health services in their local area.
They also want to know how people would like to participate in decisions about how services are managed in their local area.
Edit: This survey has now been closed.
The survey is for people who:
• use care support services
• are unpaid carers
• are paid workers at any level
Results from the survey will be used to design how local services will be delivered and managed within the National Care Service.
The survey will be open until 11.59 pm on Monday 7 August.
If you need help with the survey, you can email or phone LEEP.
