Not sure what to apply for?

You can apply for a Person Centred Planning (PCP) Grant before you apply for a Transition Fund grant. Person centred planning is a way of helping someone look at the goals they want to achieve and the support that they will need to achieve them.

ARC Scotland has also launched a new Compass App that can help you work out what's important for you in your transition journey and help you complete a good application. Find out more about the Compass App.
