Operations Administrator

The ILF Scotland Operations team are looking for their new Operations Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to the caseworkers. As a member of this team, you will process applications to the fund, data input from applications to the bespoke database. You will be communicating with applicants should there be missing elements to their submission as well as general responsibilities of assisting with office mailing, first port of call for all enquiries in to the office and providing a friendly and informative service to all relevant contacts. The ILF Scotland Assessor Team are looking for new Assessors to plan, organise and undertake ILF award assessments/reviews based on an outcome focused assessment of need/risk and using a strength’s based approach. The successful candidates will engage and influence Health and Social Care Partnerships and Trusts, social workers and third sector practitioners and provider’s practices and policies.
