Photos from ILF Scotland’s Glasgow event

Post Date: 8 March 2024

We would like to say thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Glasgow event to have a say on the re-opening of the Independent Living Fund (ILF) in Scotland.

We were privileged to welcome more than 80 attendees to the Glasgow Science Centre on Monday 19 February.

It was our busiest re-opening event yet as we work in co-production with disabled people and key stakeholders to prepare to begin accepting applications for ILF this year.

Here is just a snapshot of some of the photographs from the day.

Attendees included existing ILF recipients, carers, ILF Scotland Advisory Group members, representatives from disabled people’s organisations (DPOs) and key stakeholders from the health and social care sector.

Comments and contributions from all seven of our engagement events organised over the last three months are helping the Co-Production Working Group make recommendations on re-opening to the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport.
