Marion McDonald
Non-Executive Member
Marion is an Executive Coach, Mentor, and Board Advisor to commercial and not-for-profit organisations - her passion is in utilising skills and experience gained in her extensive corporate career, and applying it to the challenges and opportunities faced by humanitarian and social welfare organisations. Much of her work in recent years has been focussed on helping organisations shape and deliver their portfolio of change and diversification, particularly in relation to expanding their digital capability, and in development of Board skills to support and govern the change process.
She is a highly experienced non-executive Board Member, Board Advisor, and Business Director, with a track record in defining and implementing sustainable transformational change in organisations as far afield as EMEA, USA, LatAm, and Asia Pac. Her career history as a senior business leader, and as a management consultant, enables her to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
She is currently non-executive Vice-Chair at Lifelink Workwell, a mental-health and wellbeing charity, a Trustee at PACE, a long-standing Youth Theatre, and is a member of Cranfield Trust, an organisation which provides pro-bono management consultancy support to social welfare charities. Additionally, Marion supports individuals and organisations through her own Change, Transformation, and Executive Coaching practice.
