These are very exciting times for ILF Scotland as we embark on a period of strategic growth to help more disabled people achieve their independent living outcomes, combined with introducing a state-of-the-art case management system which will be the new hub of our future service delivery.
We are in a period of significant organisational change and as we grow, migrating from our legacy database case management system to a new, low code service delivery platform will allow us to create an eco-system of citizen facing digital services as well as being as efficient as we can be internally.
The Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in ILF Scotland’s mission to support independent living for disabled people in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Accountable for the effective project management of the critical development and implementation of a replacement for the existing system (ICI), this role is central to ILF’s digital transformation, supporting their drive towards a fully digital service platform. This role offers significant autonomy in overseeing project delivery, budget control, procurement and compliance, ensuring smooth implementation and effective governance.
