ILF Scotland launches new online application service for Transition Fund!

Post Date: 12 November 2018

ILF Scotland are delighted to announce that the organisation’s new online application service is now open.

As this is the first time we are opening the service for online applications to the fund we want to make sure that we get it right, so the system will initially allow 250 online applications to the Transition Fund, spread across all areas of Scotland. Once the system has processed the 250 online applications and when any changes that need to be made to the system have been completed, the aim is for the service to be available again in 2019.

Paul Hayllor, Head of Digital and Information Services, said, “This is a significant step forward for ILF Scotland being able to provide digital services. When we started the Transition Fund project, young people said they wanted something easy to use, available online and a system they could complete quickly by themselves.

“Young people have been at the heart of this project and we have worked closely with them to co-design and test this service. This is a very exciting development for us and once the trial period is over, we are looking to make more services available digitally.”

In order to register to use the online application service, applicants need to send their email address to enquiries@ILF.scot with the subject heading ‘Online application request’ in the email.
