Today on International Day of Persons with Disabilities, ILF Scotland is delighted to launch its new 2025-2028 Strategy, which not only depicts the organisation's vision, mission and principles, but also details ILF Scotland's key strategic priorities between now and 2028.

ILF Scotland Chairperson, Anne-Marie Monaghan, said: “We are launching an optimistic and ambitious strategy that endeavours to cement our role as a key provider of human rights based assistance for disabled people.

“We truly hope that working towards achieving our strategy will help more disabled people to live independently and with dignity, choice, and control. We hope that we can make a positive contribution towards developing a more inclusive society.”

ILF Scotland’s strategic priorities for 2025 to 2028 are as follows:

  • To enable more disabled people to access our funds to live independently
  • Support cultural change and capability across the sector through leadership and knowledge sharing
