All of us at ILF Scotland are delighted to congratulate our colleague Jack Blaik who has received an OBE in the New Year’s Honours list for services to disabled people. Jack, from Edinburgh, is the Scottish Government’s Independent Living Fund Professional Advisor. He has worked tirelessly in support of independent living for disabled people over many decades, and it has been a privilege to work alongside him over the last 10 years. Jack very much deserves to be recognised in this way for all he has achieved for and with disabled people.
