The Scottish Government has recently launched a consultation which will set out its' proposals to improve the way social care is delivered in Scotland.
The Scottish Government is focussing on making sure that the social care system in Scotland will deliver high quality services and is seeking to create a new system that supports and empowers people, with human rights at the heart of it.
