Response:

1. No FTE employees worked in the Independent Living Fund Scotland’s internal legal team during 2022/23, 2023/24 2024/25.
2. ILF Scotland’s expenditure on internal legal services was £105,000 in 2022/23; £88,000 in 2023/24; and £73,000 in 2024/25.
