Linda is responsible for leading the Policy, Improvement and Engagement function within ILF Scotland. She joined the organisation in August 2018 after working in Health & Social Care Integration for just over 3 years. She has spent her career of more than 30 years in the public sector, primarily in social housing, and has held managerial positions in both local and Scottish Government. Her expertise includes Policy, Strategy, Planning, Project Management, Operational Management, Service Improvement, Regulation Management and Governance having held positions previously as a non-executive board member.
