Join us at Bailliefields Community Hub in Falkirk for a Transition Information Evening for young people transitioning to adult services.

This event is for young people 14+ and their parents / carers.

There will be an opportunity to hear lived experiences as well as presentations and stalls from a variety of organisations including:
