Applications to the Coming Home Fund must be submitted by local authority social work departments on behalf of disabled people. Applicants should already be categorised as Red on the Dynamic Support Register and already be known to their local social work department. Each local authority will have its own approach for identifying and prioritising applicants.
All submitted applications will be assessed by ILF Scotland. Any funding awarded by ILF Scotland is designed to complement, not replace, support provided by the person’s local authority / Health & Social Care Partnership.
