We are delighted to announce that ILF Scotland has been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at the Herald & s1jobs Top Employer Awards 2026, in association with First Bus.
The awards recognise organisations that provide a stimulating and supportive working environment and carefully consider every stage of the employee journey, from recruitment through to skills development and career progression.
Among the 12 award categories, ILF Scotland has been shortlisted for:
Other organisations shortlisted for the Excellence in Flexible Working Award include Accountability Edinburgh, Cyber and Fraud Centre Scotland, Glasgow Kelvin College and Into Work. The Recruitment Campaign of the Year category also features Aegon UK, Sureserve Energy Services UK, the Scottish Government and the University of Strathclyde.
