We are proud to announce that ILF Scotland has won the Excellence in Flexible Working Award (sponsored by Flexibility Works) at the Herald & s1jobs Top Employer Awards 2026.
Winners were announced at an award ceremony on 28 October at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow. Organisations from across Scotland came together to be recognised for their supportive work environments.
Director of Business Services, Aileen McNiven, said: “We were delighted to be recognised for our dedication to flexible working by winning the Excellence in Flexible Working Award.
“Flexible working is part of our culture at ILF Scotland and this award reflects that. Our staff are trusted and empowered to work in a way that is life friendly, so that will look different for everyone. We are proud to say that we support our colleagues to work in a way that is best for them.
“In turn, this helps us deliver better outcomes for disabled people in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We will continue listening and improving to provide the best possible experience for our staff and ultimately, the Recipients of our funding."
