As we look back over the year as an organisation our nation and the world we live in is fighting to contain Coronavirus. We are acutely aware that the associated illness Covid-19 is taking so many lives and all of us have our own part to play in supporting our governments to respond to this crisis. Never have we seen such pressures put on our health and social care systems.
Throughout 2020, we have worked hard to fulfil the aspirations of those we support regardless of the challenges faced by everyone. We hope the following summary provides a snapshot of our work and achievements through this most difficult of years.
