The festive season will bring early payments to ILF Scotland recipients and some office closures for the holiday period.
Payments
Payments due on the Monday 25 December 2023 will be paid on Friday 22 December 2023.
Payments due on Monday 1 January 2024 will be paid on Friday 29 December 2023.
Office and Helpline Opening
Here are the details of opening times for our office and Helpline over the festive period:
Friday 22 December 2023 – Office and Helpline will close at 2pm
Christmas Day (Monday 25 December) 2023 – Office closed
Boxing Day (Tuesday 26 December) 2023 – Office closed
Wednesday 27 December 2023 – Helpline open 10am to 2pm, Office open as normal
Thursday 28 December 2023 – Helpline open 10am to 2pm, Office open as normal
Friday 29th December 2023 – Helpline open 10am to 2pm, Office open as normal
New Year’s Day (Monday 1 January 2024) – Office closed
Tuesday 2 January 2024 – Office closed
Wednesday 3 January 2024 – Normal opening hours resume
