The festive season will bring early payments to ILF Scotland recipients and some office closures for the holiday period.
Payments
- Payments due on the Monday 26 December 2022 will be paid on Friday 23 December 2022
- Payments due on Monday 2 January 2023 will be paid on Friday 30 December 2022
Office / helpline times
- Friday 23 December 2022: office open as normal to 2 pm, our helpline (0300 200 2022) will close at 2 pm
- Monday 26 December 2022: office closed
- Tuesday 27 December 2022: office closed
- Wednesday 28 December 2022: office open as normal, helpline open from 10 am to 2 pm
- Thursday 29 December 2022: Office open as normal, helpline open from 10 am to 2 pm
- Friday 30 December 2022: office open as normal to 2 pm, helpline open 10 am to 2 pm
- Monday 2 January 2023: office closed
- Tuesday 3 January 2023: office closed
- Wednesday 4 January 2023: office open as normal, helpline normal opening hours (9 am to 4:30 pm)
