Request: 

Could ILF Scotland identify in each of the five HSC Trusts how many of the recipients of ILF funding have their award managed by someone else due to capacity questions? A breakdown of who the Award Managers are, e.g. primary family carer, other family member, family trust, service provider organization would be helpful.
