Request:

1. Please provide a breakdown of the number of Independent Living Fund Scotland employees grouped by salary bands (e.g., £50,000–£55,000, £55,001–£60,000, etc.).
2. Please indicate the number of Independent Living Fund Scotland employees whose annual salary is £50,000 or higher.
3. Please indicate the number of Independent Living Fund Scotland employees whose annual salary is £80,000 or higher.
4. Please indicate the number of Independent Living Fund Scotland employees whose annual salary is £100,000 or higher.

Response:

1. ILF Scotland’s pay policy is in line with that of Scottish Government.  At present, ILF Scotland’s staff consists of:
   • 2 Grade A3 employees with a salary band of £25235 - £28131
   • 1 Grade A4 employee with a salary band of £29013 - £31177
   • 21 Grade B1 employees with a salary band of £32455 - £35203
   • 35 Grade B2 employees with a salary band of £36944 - £42244
   • 10 Grade B3 employees with a salary band of £45894 - £54952,
   • 2 Grade C1 employees with a salary band of £57701 - £71942
   • 3 Grade C2 employees with a salary band of £74480 - £85964
   • 2 Grade C3 employees with a salary band of £86237 - £87404, an
   • 1 Grade SCS1 employee with a salary band of £89250 - £96110.
     
2. 14 ILF Scotland employees receive an annual salary of £50000 or higher.
   
3. 6 ILF Scotland employees receive an annual salary of £80000 or higher.
