Applications to the Coming Home Fund must be submitted by local authorities in collaboration with health and social care colleagues on behalf of disabled people who are on the Dynamic Support Register (DSR) Red category, which indicates the highest priority level.
These are the contact details that local authorities and / or HSCPs have provided us with for each local authority area.

Before a local authority can submit an application, it must register for an account and will be given a login and password to access the online application portal.
If you already have a login for the ILF Scotland portal that you use to submit applications to our re-opened Independent Living Fund, you can use the same login to submit a Coming Home application.
